Born in Walkerton Ontario, I have been a Guelph resident since 1973. In 1985 I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and became a licensed Realtor in 1987. I have been selling Real Estate full time ever since. I have a great deal of experience in most facets of Real Estate including residential, rural, multi-residential and industrial/commercial. My career has been built on being a knowledgeable, friendly, honest Realtor with a "no pressure" attitude to selling. I have consistently maintained a respected image amongst colleagues, peers and clients alike.
Since joining Royal LePage in 1995, I have been awarded the President's Gold Award (top 10%) 13 times and the Directors Platinum Award (top 5%) 7 times. In both 2015 & 2016 I was awarded the Diamond Award (top 3%). In 2009 I was awarded the Lifetime Award of Excellence (for exceptional long term selling).
I have been a volunteer basketball coach for 10 years in the Guelph Oaks, CYO and Guelph Hustle basketball programs. I have served as a Director on the Guelph & District Real Estate Board for 5 terms and as Vice President for 1 term. I have also Chaired Social, Discipline, Industrial/Commercial, Professional Standards and Arbitration Committees as well as serving on several other committees. I have worked on several Habitat for Humanity builds.
I enjoy playing a little basketball, as well as a little golf, occasionally skiing. I live in a century home in downtown Guelph with my lovely wife and 2 wonderful children. Selling Real Estate is a challenging career - selling Guelph is easy as it is such a great place to live and raise a family.
